"Change of plans," Nathan said as he passed out that week's handouts. "This week we're covering Estate law. Your estate is your possessions. When you die - which I'm sure many of you felt was coming soon depending on how much you had to drink over Spring Break - this is the branch of law that covers what happens to your things.

"Everyone should have a will," Nathan said, with the confidence of one who came from a family where wills were drawn up as soon as children were old enough to sign their names. "Without one the government gets to decide who gets your things. Not uncommon? The government decides that it's going to keep your things. So you need something that prevents that from happening, even if all you own is your favorite pillow case.

"In your packets is a sample will." Nathan gave them a grin. "Don't worry, it's not legally binding. What I'd like you to do is read through, get the gist of what they're looking for, and then write up a will of your own. If you don't feel like giving out personal information as part of a class assignment, feel free to make up your assets and beneficiaries."

"You're planning pretty far ahead," she replied. "Not that I'm complaining. Just...wow."

"Well, I could just put down a generic 'Mrs. Halliwell,'" Wyatt grinned. "But I figured if I wasn't specific I might get thwapped."

"No thwapping. Mostly because I haven't figured that out yet," Isabel admitted.

"I'm a modern man, I'm good with whatever you want," Wyatt said. "Except I can't be Wyatt Evans. Halliwells keep their names."

"I thought Halliwells also had names starting with P. How'd you break the trend?" she asked, genuinely curious.

"Because I was unexpectedly born with something that also begins with a P," Wyatt said. "Caught my parents unprepared. They couldn't settle on a P name, which is probably a good thing or there'd be yet another Peter here in Fandom. So they named me Wyatt for my dad's last name, and Matthew for my aunt Paige's adopted family's name."

It took Isabel ~~and her mun~~ a few seconds to realize exactly what he meant, then she laughed. "Yeah, another Peter's the last thing in the world we need here. I like the name Wyatt. It's not one you hear every day."

"Except if my mom had taken my dad's name, I'd be Wyatt Wyatt," Wyatt said, rolling his eyes just a little. "But it's nice to have a relatively unique name."

"No. Then you'd probably be a Peter, or a Paul, or a Patrick Wyatt," Isabel replied. "Because somehow I just can't picture any version of Piper being crazy enough to choose Wyatt Wyatt."

"Unless she was a big Duran Duran fan or something," Wyatt snickered.

"But that was the band name. Not any of the guys in the band," she laughed. "At least I don't think so."

"Way before my time," Wyatt said. "Cradle-robber."

"I told you," she teased. "Mrs. Robinson."
