Study Hall -- Tuesday, October 4th

Welcome to the study hall for Tuesday. If anybody's looking for me, the gremlins are on an upswing today, so I'll be prowling around with a cricket bat and a CD player with Music To Bash Things With.

A few announcements:

-- Please go here to participate in the roll call of student clubs so that we can make sure that all student clubs are accounted for.

-- The student body is reminded that any student going to Homecoming will need to purchase tickets. Homecoming elections will be held this Friday, and Homecoming is this upcoming weekend. Also, in student council news, the Student Council Election Debates will be held Wednesday night, with the election itself taking place on Monday.

-- In other news, five teaching positions will be listed later on today for your perusal. We are in need of new teachers, so please check that out when the post is made.

-- For some fucking reason, Locker 327 has been in reverse all morning long and has been randomly spewing strange things into the halls. Someone should be repairing it later in the week, but until then, be aware of the dangers and be on guard accordingly.

-- In related news, there's a mime loose on campus. And no, you're not allowed to kill it. You are, however, allowed to mock and point.

Paige smiles, "Well yu've not threatened me so that puts you on at least four people I can think of! And yeah I moved in with Geoff in town, only he's had to go away awhile" she bites her lip slightly

"Officially moved in?" Angelus asked. "That's a big step. But I'm guessing fear of committment isn't what sent him running."

Paige grins, "he asked me actually, so yeah it's official and no he has no commitment issues, thanks" Paige playfully taps him on the arm reasonably sure Angelus is indeed the good kinda evil

"Well congratulations," Angelus said. There might have been the barest flicker of annoyance at processing the information that Paige lived with Geoff now, or perhaps that was just him considering having to deal with his Biology homework. "Still, if he's not here that can't be fun for you. What's up?"

"I'm just kinda missing him, he's gone back to his own time for a bit. It wasn't such a big deal..." She lowers her voice slightly "until yesterday this group of guys came into Spike's and they just sort of creeped me out, I'm a bit worried about being alone, but I've had the offer of somewhere to stay, so I guess I'll be alright" Paige sighs looking sad

Angelus immediately frowned. "A group of guys showed up at Spike's? What guys? Why?"

Paige nods, but looks worried "There were 3 of them, with like silver hair, one of them was kinda mean looking. He tried to lock me in the pub, but didn't quite manage it. Spike made me leave before anything happened but the place was a total mess when I got back." Paige pauses as she thinks, "I think they were just looking for trouble, they were in town earlier when I came up to school. They might still be there"

"Guys?" Angelus asked. "Human?"

Paige shrugs, "I honestly have no idea, sorry"

"Is Spike - " Angelus grimaced. "I can't believe I'm asking this, but is he okay?"

"He didn't seem to be there when I went back, but I mean" she lowers her voice, "he's a vampire right? So he'll be ok won't he? Only a window was broken and well it was daylight."

Angelus's jaw tightened. "Don't suppose you noticed a huge pile of dust on the floor right by the window?"

Paige tries not to laugh but doesn't quite manage, "No sorry"
