The cafeteria is clear of it's jungle motif. Instead there are cactus plants everywhere and the heat has been turned up. You'd swear you were in Mexico. The Chef comes in wearing a sombrero and leather chaps. He looks like a cross between Dorito Bandito and the Twinkee Cowboy.

(([falls over laughing] So...my brother LOVES OUaTiM...and he had this hairbrained idea last summer that we should make porco pibil a la Rodriguez. Unfortunately, achiote is difficult to find in Wisconsin, and my mother wasn't too thrilled about cooking five pounds of pork. Someday, we'll get around to it.))

((ooc: I've made it. Achiote was found for $6 on some gourmet food store selling through amazon.com. And we adjusted the receipe to use only 2.5 pounds instead of five. And it was *damn* good. Spicy as all hell, but good. :D ))
