Fandom Invasions Class #4
When the class filed in, they found the Danger Shop set up to look like the grounds outside the school in winter with a large amount of snow on the ground and more falling.
"Good morning," John greeted them. "As you may have noticed last week, another thing that happens sometimes here is strange weather. Such as freak snowstorms. When that sort of thing happens, it's best to just take it in stride and go with it." He gestured around him. "So do whatever you would when faced with an unexpected snowfall." John smiled a little wolfishly at him. "Just remember to be ready for the unexpected."

Moving snow?
He jumped back and watched, figuring that there was probably some animal or Animal underneath--
Ozian thinking, imbecile. What did the syllabus say?
Aha.
The broom was pulled from its quiver.

Something moving was one thing, but something going after him was quite another. With surprising haste, he pulled the broom out and straddled the handle, kicking off and zipping up at least twenty feet before even looking back.

Despite awkwardness on the ground, Liir had a much better way with the broom. The tentacle, however, was rather unexpected.
He almost startled himself off of the poor broom.
Once he got over the surprise (surprisingly quick for him, to be honest), he started evasive maneuvers. Mostly this entailed going higher and swooping away from where the tentacle seemed to be.

He wasn't quite yet a fighter.
