Gym: After Classes

Katara couldn't explain how she'd gotten roped into setting this Club Fair thing up. But she had and so she was going to do it awesomely, darnit.

Which was why she was scurrying around the gym like a crazy person, trying to put everything in order for the club fair.

There are a lot of girls with guns at Fandom, now they can have a club. Though, really, guys are welcome to join up. But I like the idea that the club bills itself as being for girls anyway. If that makes sense. They meet to shoot and exchange knowledge and experience about guns small arms tactics.

Thursday, 5pm

Talk to a Representative

Triela had ~~handwavily~~ borrowed her roommates crayons to make a very colorful poster which captured just how awesome the club was.

Ino paused as she walked by, then shrugged, it couldn't hurt to ask, right? "Is this club for people who already know how to use a gun only?" Ino asked, "Or would you be teaching people as well?"

Cable-san would probably not be amused.

"Both," Triela grinned. "I think that if a girl doesn't already know how to use a gun, well, she should know how. So definitely teaching."

Cable-san would so not be amused. He'd made his opinion clear about her learning how to use a gun. Ino was... uh... ignoring that opinion.

"No matter what the skill level?" She asked just to make sure, "I've only ever held a gun once."

"It's easy!" Triela had, perhaps, a skewed understanding of firearms and how hard they were to use. "And once is more than some people."

"It was for detention, and I did manage to hit what I was aiming at," Ino said, grinning, "and I know how to use other kinds of weapons. Like throwing knives and stuff. Think that experience would help?"

"Knives are a different skill," Triela shook her head. "Some of the perception stuff, and the coordination stuff carry over, but not a lot."

She grinned anyway, "Well, a new skill is always a good thing, right? So I think I'll sign up and see what I think. I'm Ino."

"I'm Triela," she grinned. "Glad to have another member."
