Oh, it had been too long.

Deadpool grinned, sitting cross-legged on his desk as he waited for the kids to all file on in.

"Gooood morin' kiddies! Good mornin' and welcome to Criminal Justice! The class where you all get to learn all the valuable lessons that I painstakingly gathered over years of being arrested and watching a lot of television." A beat. "Mostly TV at this point, I have a tendency to wander away when threatened with arrest these days. It's just annoying anymore."

He grinned brightly. "Anywho! Today is the day where I ask why exactly you all are takin' the class. is it because you want to be feebs? Blackhats? Just like taking classes from crazy folks? Clerical error? Are accidentally in the wrong room? If so, down the hall and to the left."

Deadpool refrained from asking if the hair also got it's prints taken.

Just barely.

"Then you'll do well in the first few classes!"

"Are we going to be spending time down at the station?" John inquired. Field trips were always a fun time.

"I don't think so," Deadpool replied, shaking his head. And making sure the hair wasn't following his movements.

It was almost hypnotic.

"The sheriff and I kinda want to kill each other because he's a giant douche and I slept with his predecessor."

"Oh, do you mean that Roy guy?" John nodded, hair moving a little with the motion. "He seemed like an ass. Who was his predecessor? The Mountie guy?"

"You think so too? A for the day for you!" He might have started reaching for a gun in case the hair attacked.

(Must. Resist. Urge. To shoot. Hair. And. Stop talking. Like. Shatner!)

He shook his head. "No! Tex! The Sheriff before the giant douche was a woman named Tex! And sure, she was about five inches taller than me and could throw a punch like no other--" Deadpool sighed dreamily. "--but just because I happen to be married to a guy now, doesn't mean I'm not heterosexual and THERE IS NO UST WITH FRASER."

John did not laugh mockingly at his teacher. But it's entirely possible his hair did. "Tex must've been before my time," John said. "And who said anything about UST?"

He would have revenge on that hair. He would.

Maybe dye it pink.

"Most likely she was and NO ONE BECAUSE THERE IS NO UST."

And if he kept shouting it HAD to be true, right?

"You really don't like the idea of UST, huh?" John asked, unable to help the smirk.

"Not when I'm married and it doesn't exist. At all."

Oh yes, dying that mocking hair. Pink. With sparkles.

"Like the icon."

(I said that out loud, didn't I?)

"Pink and sparkly UST?" And yet, John still thought this teacher was more sane than Anakin.

"No, no, no. Your hair! Get with the narrative!" Deadpool rolled his eyes, sighing with exasperation. "Kids these days."

"Oh, you remember that?" John asked. "Some of the girls thought it would be funny to dye my hair last summer. It was pretty awful looking."

Someday he'd have someone who understood the nature of their reality.

"Yes. Exactly," He deadpanned. "So, no UST equals no more pink hair."

"Right. Because they have something to do with one another," John was confused.

His hair was totally snickering.

Because the hair was aware of more than it let on. Deadpool was almost certain that it was going to show up later to mock him when the squirrels weren't paying attention.

"They do. You'll learn about it when you're older."

"That sounds kinda...scary, actually," John said, making a disturbed face.

The hair was semi-sentient after all.

"Everything is, kid. Trust me, everything is."

He would get the hair back for this. It was now his nemesis. Even more than Nate had been.
