Squall passed out the test papers, face down. Presumably face down. Actually, when the students turned them over, they were blank.


"Welcome to your final exam", he said. "So... Whatever. Write your own damn final. Prove to me I haven't been wasting my time with you brats. Write five questions and answer them, and one of them BETTER be on the topic we covered last class."

He grinned evilly. "When you're done with that, on a separate piece of paper I want you to write what grade you think you're going to get and why."

What grade do you think you should get, and why?

I should get an A. Because A stands for Awesome. And I'm awesome. And I totally paid attention in most of the classes and I get to leave in two days to go fiend-hunting and this class was actually kinda fun, come to think of it.

I don't really care what you give me because the grades I earn here don't count for anything back home. Dad would be disappointed if I didn't do well though, so I'd like an A or B. (Dad would like the A better. Just saying.)

I should get an A because I am the best TA in the history of ever, and also because of the bottle of fine tequila I have taped this piece of paper to for no particular reason (see also: best TA ever).
