Wrestling Club, Meeting #3

Alright... everybody, I've been real busy working on my lesson plans for my new class, so I don't have any sort of new technique for you this week.

However, I gotta state for the record I am apalled by the lack of participation here. So, instead of letting you knuckleheads pair yourselves up, I'm gonna do it for you. You will all wrestle today, got it?

The pairs are as follows

Boone and Sawyer
Malfoy and Solo
Callisto and Ivanova
Maia and Edward

If I missed anyone, or if someone new shows up, or if anyone doesn't show, just work out a new pair. Now get crackin, kids! I want to see some sweat!

Edit: Okay, due to no Ivanova or Solo, Malfoy and Callisto, you're now paired up!

Maia grins. "Go easy on me I'm a girl" Maia giggles and gets into position on the mat.

go easy on me, i'm a sissyboy "That's no problem, i'm not really into hurting people" Ed says, as he gets on the mat across from Maia.

((they do, don't they? I think wrestling practise is one of those things that will sound porn-ish, no matter what))

Maia circles Edward, quickly dodging around his guards. "Ask anyone to Homecoming yet" as she gets him around the chest and back pushing her weight against him.

how did we get to that subject, ed thinks as he tries to grab maias arms and pushes back. "Ehh...no, not yet. I do have someone in mind, but i didn't dare didn't get the chance to ask her yet. You?"

"Got someone in mind. Need to ask though, been kinda crazy lately" Grabs Edwards around the stomach and flips him to the mat.

Ed goes 'uh?' as he's on his back on the mat. "I didn't see that one coming" 0.o

Maia smiles and helps Edward up. Maia kneels down in position again waiting on Edward. "So, who's the lucky girl?"

Edward blushes and mumbles "wednesday addams" as he gets up. "But only because we got the same skintone." He assumes position and decides to not get beaten by a girl again.




((OOC: glad :) I saw Pride & Prejudice, but only because i'm in a firefly-forsaken country and there -is- no serenity :S ))

"I've seen her around." Maia circles Edward again. "Not really talked to her though" Dodging Edward and turning again. Maia smiles "When are you going to ask her?"

"I believe she doesn't really talk much. But she went home for a week, so i have to wait till she gets back to school to ask her" Edward gets nervous at the thought alone. In some kind of manly hunter tackle-the-opponent the clumsily leaps at Maia to try and tackle her.

"OPH" Maia hits the mat, the wind knocked out of her. She gasps for breath on the mat. "W" gasp "What" gasp "What did you do that for?" Maia winces grabbing her ribcage still laying on the mat.

"Oh...did i hurt you? Are you hurt? Oh god, i'm sorry...i didn't mean to...oh god. Should i take you to the clinic? Are you broken?" Ed's lower lip starts trembling, he didn't actually believe he could tackle someone like that.

Maia holds her hand up shaking her head. "I'm ok" Still a little breathless Maia sits up now. "I'm not broken Edward, its ok." Maia manages a weak smile. Maia sits rubbing her chest breathing slowly. "I think though, that point goes to me for illegal manuvers." Maia smiles up at Edward, there was less pain now and Maia stands up shaking her head. "You ok?" seeing Edwards face looking terrorstricken.

"Uh, good. You're okay. I'm okay. Good" Ed is still surprised by what happened, but not so worried anymore. "well, let's just say we practised enough, shall we? That was really...kinda scary" 0.o

Maia laughs softly. "Just don't do that in a match so we don't lose points." Maia sticks out her hand to shake Edwards Scissor Guard. "Good match Edward"

((OOC: I'm off to the movies, so either continue wrestling somewhere tomorrow, or you get to knock edward out 0.o Eep! Pick your choice :) ))
