"Hey, if you want me to stop calling you by your rightful title on radio," Turtle said, shaking an accusing fork his way, "then I'll ask you to not remind me of my boyfriend's unfortunate obsession with breasts. And I'll have you know that he's a lot more than just 'the guy that likes to talk about boobs.' It just takes a bit to get past that part sometimes."

"That's part of it," Turtle explained, still more prone to wave her forkful than eat it, although she had to admit, this sort of deal making turn in the conversation had her feeling a bit more herself. "It'll take more than just that, especially now that I remember from last weeks that I added another title, due to you actually talking with Jeff about naked women..."

Johnny stared at her then sighed heavily. "What's it going to take? And you have to know, guys talk, it's what we do."

"No more of that," Turtle told him. "I know guys talk and I know how Jeff gets...preoccupied and I'm not an idiot. I don't need someone...propagating it and making it worse than it already is..." The sulking slipped out again, poking at putetues.

"Okay, fine. Not that I talk anyway. I wouldn't want to upset Savannah," he said, which was the truth.

Turtle nodded with satisfaction. "So you understand where I'm coming from."

"Not really. I don't mind girls talking about me," he said with a quirk of his brow.

"Unless," Turtle pointed out with a roll of her eyes, "apparently, they're saying things that aren't necessarily positive."

"Right you are oh-look how smart I am even when sick-," Johnny smirked. "So, what? What's it gonna take?"

"You could do well in mentioning how smart I am a few times," Turtle decided with a little nod. "And be nice to me, and not sit there and make me eat because I'll eat what I can, and don't be going around talking to Jeff about that sort of thing because it's hard enough for me already without people making it worse."

He raised his brows. Clearly Turtle was seriously having issues with Jeff and boobs and eating and yeah, he just was confused as hell. "Okay, Turtle. I'll be nice to you even though I'm always nice and no more talking to Jeff about boobs. There. Satisfied?"
