Keeping Your Wits About You... [Monday 2nd Period 10-11] Class # 7

Today there was a large projector screen set up at the front of the class. Spread out on the desk was the usual assortment of pastries, coffee, tea and other goodies.

As soon as everyone was in and settled, Wilson straighted from where he was leaning on the desk, sipping his coffee.

"Okay, today is movie time." He announced. The past couple years of working in Fandom had taught him that usually after big traumatic weekends like having family and friends visit, it was good to go easy on the class on Mondays.

"We're going to watch Fantasy Maze today in class. There will be homework associated with this. Next week I want you to turn in an essay detailing out how you would have handled this situation, had you been in the protagonist's position."

"This is kind of new to me," she admitted. "Jim and Shep really didn't like to go out, so I haven't really done it much."

Chris's grin faded. "Seriously? They never took you out on dates?"

"Not really. Maybe once a semester or so we'd go to dinner or I'd make a picnic and we'd go somewhere, but no, usually we just hung out around the dorm." She looked a little embarrassed about it.

"Well, I'm going to take you out," Chris said. "Saturday night. I'll pick you up at six."

"Sounds really nice," Lana said with a smile, squeezing his hand a little. "I'd like that."
