Fandom Invasions Class #6 (Thursday period 3)

When the class came into the Danger Shop, they found themselves in the centre of what looked like a well appointed room in a mansion.

"Welcome to Efferton Manor," John greeted them. "You've all been kidnapped. By trolls. The troll women want to use you -- at least those of the male persuasion -- as sex slaves. Having seen -- and smelled -- a male troll up close, I can't say I really blame them for looking elsewhere." He looked around the room, eyeing some of the male students a little more closely than others. "Just to make it absolutely clear, this is a bad thing.

"Your assignment today is to escape. You can use whatever is at your disposal - wiles, sneakiness, force if you think that will work. One thing I will give you for free -- you want to hurt a troll -- especially a male? You want to use iron."

John smiled at them. "Shall we begin?"

"Perhaps I'll give you to one of my sisters then," she said thoughtfully, circling him far too closely. "She might have something to exchange."

"We can't start out getting to know each other as a person?" Peter asked. "Or a person and a troll?"

Vsa laughed. "What makes you think I'd want to know you, girly-hair?"

"You're the one talking to me," Peter pointed out. "I was just standing here."

"I'm still trying to decide if you're worth keeping," she told him frankly.

"What criteria are you using?" Peter asked.

Vsa smiled with anticipation at him. "If you're pretty enough. Otherwise I'll trade you to one of my sisters." She tilted her head. "They're not nearly as nice as me."

"Sounds like a raw deal to me," Peter said. "I'm not exactly sure I can negotiate my way into being pretty. Either you like me or you don't."

Vsa shook her head. "You humans are supposed to be smarter than our males and yet, you're really, really not."

Peter ~~who felt strangely molested~~ quirked an eyebrow at her. "Does insulting me help?"

Her tail lashed up through her skirts in annoyance. "A bit. Usually tying you up for a while works better though."

Peter noticed her tail and elected not to say anything about it. "Can we skip to the part where you stop tying me up? What happens then?"

"Then we see if you pretty, puny ones can be more fun than our males."

"I've got a pretty good music collection on my iPod," Peter offered, by way of fun.

Vsa laughed and stepped closer to him, her skirts pressing against his legs. "That's not what I had in mind," she told him, reaching up to brush her fingers down his cheek.

"Oh - um - " Peter swallowed. "Game of cards?"

"Still not very bright?" Vsa teased, moving closer still.

"I'd over Monopoly but I always lose," Peter said. This would be because Peter always played Nathan.

"And what's Monopoly?" she asked.

"It's a board game where you try to buy up properties," Peter said. "Kinda dull unless you're into real estate."

"I'm not," Vsa said with finality. "I'm into having lots of pretties and letting my sisters have the ugly ones."

"So... Candyland?" Peter guessed.

Her hands were on her hips as she frowned at him. "You would be a better pretty without so much talking."

"Name's Peter," he said. "But thanks for the compliment, however backhanded."

"No, it's pretty," she insisted. "Go sit down and stop annoying me before I'm forced to hit you and make you shut up."
