There were once again biscuits and a large pot of tea, and Jenny said as everyone filed in, "If anyone wants anything else they can bloody well bring it themselves. So, we talked last week a bit about what we'd like to do, and I mentioned a pamphlet or brochure for people who want to kill a god. So You Want to Kill a God, we could call it. What advice do you all think we should include in it?"
