Study Hall - [All Day]
Wilson remembered a few things he'd heard about study hall in the past but the one thing that stuck in his head was the importance of having food available.
Thus he'd stopped by JGOB that morning and picked up a large sack full of bagels and pastries with various cream cheeses (for the bagels not the pastries) as well as a box of coffee and some sodas and othermoddable drinks.
Laying out the spread on a free table, Wilson took himself over to the desk and settled down with a stack of medical journals and a large cup of coffee for himself.
[ooc:Please wait for The OCDs are up! Study Hall is open for all students and faculty.]

Re: Lunch!
Beauty bit at her lip as she tried to think how to explain what she wanted to know. "People keep telling me that 'things' happen here, as though it's something I should be warned about. And yet it doesn't seem like a dangerous kind of place, and people seem pretty happy to be here. So I was just wondering how much of that was the kind of thing you tell someone who's new, to tease them, and how much is really a warning that should be taken seriously?"
Re: Lunch!
"Fandom seems to draw many elements from many different dimensions to it's center here on the island. Almost anything your imagination can work up, seems to find a home here on the island."
Leaning forward, he folded his hands on the desk in front of him and smiled.
"Believe me, Beauty when I first came here I didn't believe in vampires, ghosts, dragons .. any of the creatures and experiences I deemed the fanciful creations of an active imagination or oral history. Now? I've seen and experienced ... almost the whole gambit and just when I think there can't be more, something new comes along.
Sometimes it is dangerous here, sometimes it's ... whimsical. Your best bet is to be willing to keep your mind open to the idea that the impossible is possible and never judge a situation to be either completely safe or completely deadly."
Re: Lunch!
"I always used to think my life was a little bit dull," she replied, with a bemused smile. "I suppose I'm about to learn my lesson, aren't I?"
