Harriet was beaming as she walked out on stage. "Good afternoon. I'm Harriet Jones, Dean of Students."

Before she could continue, there was a heckling from the back of the auditorium, sounding not unlike a certain flame haired god of the dead. "Yes, we know who you are!"

Harriet fixed the back of the room with a look. "If I could continue, please?" There was silence. "Thank you. Now, there's been a recurring problem with gremlins at this school, so in the interests of educating you about this potential danger, we've arranged for some people to speak here this afternoon. I urge you to give them your attention, and don't be afraid to ask question. After they finish, of course."

Marty gave the group a grin. "Any questions?"

Peter stood up. "Peter Parker, Fandom Hightimes. Your plan for sending them to New Jersey, that would be New Jersey in a normal reality, right? Not, for example, one with superheroes who would have to deal with them later?"

"Normal reality," Marty said with a nod. "I have a feeling they'd just blend in with the local populace."

"That's all I needed to hear. Sounds like a great plan to me!" Peter said, taking his seat.

"Hey." Rikku raised her hand. "If you've got all this footage and nobody's ever gotten hurt, then what are the odds anyone will? And maybe people in New Jersey wouldn't deal with them as well as we do."

Rikku failed at statistics.

"Ever hear the expression once bitten twice shy?"

Marty shot a glare at Billy. "You know what? I didn't make three different jumps through Portalicity just to come here and embarrass myself. I came here to help people who might not understand the kind of problems these pests can cause. So unless you have an actual *squeal of feedback*ing question, stop being cute, sit down and shut up."

"Okay I'll stop being cute. In the interests of protecting ourselves, what mistake did you keep making that we need to bout, so we don't make the same mistake?"
