When students entered the classroom, they would find it set up like any normal high school classroom, complete with a projection screen covering what was probably a white board. Barney was waiting for students, looking slightly annoyed by his roster. He shoved a syllabus in the hand of each student as they entered the room. When it appeared most students had arrived, Barney began his lecture.

"This class is titled Love Smart and I, Barney Stinson, Professor of Awesome, will be your instructor." Barney looked around the room and sighed. "I know, I know, relationships are rarely awesome." He figured those from his Awesome class would agree with him. "But I agreed to teach this class so as to guide you students through the mysterious world of relationshps."

Barney took a moment and engaged his PowerPoint presentation. Images of sappy couples in love flashed across the screen along with the questions:
What is a Relationship?
Are you in a Relationship?
If so, why aren't you good enough for your significant other?
Are you a good liar?

Pointing a finger at the screen Barney said, "This is our topic for today. I want each of you to introduce yourself and tell us your answers to these questions." He looked expectantly at the group of students. "You know kids, when I feel sad, like you probably do right now as you're faced with your terrible relationship or lack thereof, do you know what I do? I stop being sad and get AWESOME instead. True story. Let's get started!"

Molly chewed the inside of her lip as she pondered. "I'm going to guess that... the IQ one is the truth," she said. She really had no basis for her choice. Any on them could be true if Hoshi was from the future or something like that.

Hoshi raised an eyebrow. "Correct. I don't think anyone will be lying to you anytime soon," she said.

Molly grinned, impressed with herself. "Good guess, really. I kept coming up with reasons how they all could be true so I just picked one."

"I made up the boyfriend thing," said Hoshi with a shrug. "Jon Archer is a guy I saw in a magazine. I didn't get to go to school at home so I never got to meet other people."

Hoshi didn't want to dwell on her life at home since it seemed so lonely compared to the week she's spent in Fandom. "Okay, I guess it's your turn now," she said.

Hmmm," Molly tried to come up with three lies and a truth really quick. "I'm from three years in the past, I don't have any super powers whatsoever, I like to sleep a lot and I've never been off planet."

Hoshi relied on her strongest sense, her super sensitive ears. She paid careful attention to the way Molly spoke. "I think the truth is that you like to sleep a lot," she said.

Molly grinned. "Right!"

Hoshi gave one of her rare grins in return. "I knew it. Something about your inflection seemed just a little bit different when you said that."
