[Creatures of Nature - 5th Period, 8/20]

D handwavily notified the students to bring their pets with them to class, so that when they arrived he had the tables set up for the various cages to rest on.

"I know that you have had these animals for but a few weeks, but it is time to return them," he began. "And in the process show me what you may have learned, how they have affected your lifestyle in assuring theirs was comfortable, and what you thought of your pet in general."

"I... um... lost my hedgehog?" she said.

One might notice a hedgehog-shaped bump under her shirt.

D glanced at the bump and cleared his throat. "Miss Rosenberg, I think I may have found him," he said lightly.

"Yes, definitely," Sam said, nodding quickly. "I've already started looking into getting him a bigger cage, but I wanted to wait and see if I could get to keep him."
