History Of Witchcraft II [Week One : Thursday, Period 4, Danger Shop]

The class had received handwavey instructions to meet in the Danger Shop and as they entered, Phoebe was sitting on a chair in front of the ring of desks as usual. She was looking a little more somber than usual.

"After the announcement of random music popping up this morning, I figured that the Danger Shop might offer a little bit of protection and respite from that." She gave them all a sad smile. "I'm glad to see that all of you decided to sign up to continue with the second session of the workshop." She passed out a bound booklet. "This is a review of everything we covered last session so you guys have them within an easy to handle organization."

She sat back down.

"Okay, we have one new student this session, so we're going to do the introductions thing again. I want you to give your name, what you hope to gain from this class, and something in history or legend -- that pertains to this classs -- that you would be interested in delving deeper into."

"I'm Chris Halliwell and I'm here to learn more about my magical heritage," Chris said, giving Phoebe a small grin. "I want to learn everything, so I can't pick just one thing."

"Sam Anders, just Anders though," he said. "We don't really have any kind of magic or witchcraft at home -- where I come from, I mean -- so I wanted to learn abut it while I can."

The slight grin on his face, though, also pretty clearly said something along the lines of Plus, I'm dating the teacher and she's awesome.

"I'm Prue Halliwell. I'm here to learn more about my magical roots." she said. And to glee over my little sister teaching. "I'm interested in seeing what more modern witches do. Witches other than us, I mean."

"What, like most of you don't already know who I am?" Eve grinned. "Okay, okay. I'm Eve Levine, I'm hoping to gain a better understanding of some points in the history of witchcraft that I'm really not so clear on, and... okay, yeah, that's about all I got."

Anders glanced around, confused. He'd thought they were going to be a little safe from that in here, but . . .

Phoebe didn't look happy about music showing up. In fact, she looked pretty pale and nervous.

"Damn it, I thought it would be safe in here from that."

Prue was glad the music following her around had stopped once she entered a classroom. But now "Witchy Woman" is going to be stuck in her head all day.

Eve meebled and looked up at the ceiling for lack of anywhere else to look. "Please stop? Or be more appropriate?"

"Do you have any idea what the hell's up with that music?" Eve yelped as she made her way over to Phoebe. "I've been hearing it all morning and it's really making me want to lynch someone."

... Thankfully, she got no soundtrack for that. She might've punched something if she had.
