The heat-wave seems to have broken a bit, but there's still plenty of extra water bottles around the job site, in addition to the usual tools, safety equipment, and building materials including more wood that needs cutting to proper length.

"Great job on the not causing maim-age to self or others so far, guys," Xander says seriously as the day starts. His hardhat is high-visibility lime green today. Just because. "Keep it up. Not half bad on the actual building stuff parts, either."

Hey, just because it's not 90 in the shade today doesn't mean the workers can't take off their shirts. Or that people can't wander by to watch, from a safe distance.
