Quantum Physics 123: Monday 26 September

[The Doctor comes in, wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and an icepack strapped to his left shoulder. He smiles, though he looks tired.]

On account of this weekend's events, your homework is due Wednesday, and you can use this class period to ask me any questions you have ABOUT THE SUBJECT.

That is, not about my personal life, not where I learned to use a claymore, and not if I own a kilt.

Greetings, Professor. Again, many thanks for allowing me to enroll in your class.

Here you are, sir. I hope that it meets your standards.

Sir, I was wondering about the implications of time travel in relation to paradox. As your very presence in a different timeframe alters it, how can you avoid irreparably altering your timeframe?

(OOC: For an interesting treatment of time-travel on an exclusively individual level, you may want to pick up a copy of The Man Who Folded Himself (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1932100040/104-3754767-9319111?v=glance))
