Construction Site: Thursday 6/14, all day

Tools and safety gear are set out in the work area as usual. No new hardhats today, though the pink one, the flaming one, and the Galaxy Quest one are still around. (That last one's on Xander's head, though.) Also still present is the disturbingly vivid worker-safety poster.

It's still brick-and-mortar time for the graduate workers, but that project (at least in this area of the school) seems to be getting close to completion. The nearby NPC Construction guys are almost finished with the heavy stuff on this corner too.

Bel claimed his flamey hat, yay!

Seriously, that pink one may as well have had Conner's name engraved on a brass plate mounted across the front, because he had it on again as he worked on laying bricks.

And humming the Tetris theme. Like you do.

There's a picnic table for workers and guests, and this time Xander's put out a cooler of Gatorade and assorted snacks for anybody who didn't bring a lunch or feels the need for reinforcements.

One minute, there's an empty picnic table. The next, there's an iced coffee with a green post-it note stuck to it that reads: Love, Bridge.

It should be obvious who this is intended for.

Ah, the wily Coffee Ninhja. One day Xander will catch him, but until then he will have to be admired from afar, much like the legendary Twinkie Thief of...semesters past.

Don't let the partly-cloudy day stop you from taking your shirts off, if that's your thing. Not that Xander's looking.

These people are looking, though.
