DISCUSION TOPIC FOR BOTH CLASSES:
Women and Violent Crime

Women are statistically less likely to commit violent crimes, including homicide. Why do you feel this is true, or do you feel that we are studying these numbers in the wrong way?

I think that we are studying the numbers just fine. I think women are less likely to commit crimes because they are more likely to have empathy towards the victim then a man would.
