There was a less than pleased and non-bouncy Deadpool waiting for the kids in the Danger Shope, because he had totally remembered to tell them to meet him there.

Okay, so not really, but he did leave a nice note telling them to get over there instead of their usual spot at the main campfire.

"First of all, it seems there was a wee bit of confusion over the assignment from last week," He said, glaring pointedly at a certain boy with a ponytail that was not a wolf tail and he really needed to accept that fact and move on with his life. Oh wait... he wasn't going to have one after Deadpool got done with him. "There is to be no maiming or injuring of Aly because that causes her to stab me in the kidney, and that makes me cranky. And a cranky me means I'm going to take this out on all of you kiddies!"

He grinned and held up a pair of escrima sticks. "Fighting practice today. Pick your weapon and we'll see what you're made of." Pause. "And I hope it isn't pie because that would be both messy and disturbing as then we would have to eat the pie that you are made of and that's cannibalism."

He should add something to that.

"And that only works for soccer teams in the Andes, not for high school students while they're off camping in a disturbingly familiar cliche for horror movies type environment."

Yup, that covered all the bases on that subject.

"So! One on one spar with me. Or my other lil' T.A., Setsuna because we've fought before already and know each other's tricks already." He grinned and looked over at Alec. "Not!Wolverine T.A., on the other hand, is new and exciting and yay for genetic enhancements in a fight!"

There was logic there, really.

"Now, if things get out of hand with Setsuna and any of you, I will intervene and it will not be fun for you. But I doubt that'll happen, she's good." There was a small bounce at that. "Now, are you kids ready to go?"

He let go of his head, and tried to ignore the voice berating him. "Fine. Just a headache." He bent down to pick up the walking-stick, but the floor gave an unsteady lurch. Class wasn't over, but it seemed Edward wouldn't be able to stay for the rest of it. He gave a grimace, and made for the door. "Thanks for the fight."

As if someone like Setsuna could ever let things like that be, especially now that she was worried that she may have cut Edward deeper than she'd originally thought. Plus, if she had done something, she didn't want Deadpool to get mad at her. She was feeling like maybe he was also testing her ability to hold back against enemies in having her be one of the main sparrers. "Are you sure you're all right?" She hurried to catch up with him on his way to the door. "Do you...need any help?"

Time wasn't exactly of the essence, Edward could easily make it to a WC before he changed back. That is, unless he got slowed down. Edward didn't stop walking as he went through the door. She was a TA, she probably wouldn't want to cut class. Duty meant a lot to Setsuna, right?
"I'm just going to get some water." He growled. "Nothing you did."

Well, he certainly did seem to be able to make it this far without any more problems like immediately after the fight so Setsuna stopped and gave a nod. "If you're certain you're alright," she said.

"I will be if you'd just shut up."
In truth, Edward knew that it wasn't Setsuna doing all the yelling. But the noise in his head did stop when it heard him snap at Setsuna. He smiled a little as the headache lessened. Henry knew to back off.

Really, in retrospect, Setsuna would recall her first meeting with Edward and realized that she should have expected something like that but, at the moment, it struck her to a pause, staring and blinking at him in surprise. She drew in a deep breath, but very effectively shut up.

If Edward didn't scare him so much, the Henry deep down would've kept yelling. But Edward did indeed scare him, and Henry didn't want to waste time either.
Edward walked off.
