Construction Site [Tuesday - All Day]

When the students come upon the construction this morning, they'll notice hard hats(all of them yellow) and tool belts waiting for them. Once they've equipped themselves, Fraser makes his way over (still out of uniform) to greet them.

"Still doing the same thing as yesterday," he said, "which is prepping the site for the eventual reconstruction of the school. There might be some bulldozers moving around the area so please be careful."

He nodded at the small group.

"Other than that, continue working as you did yesterday and I'll be around should you have any questions at all."

Anders had a second period workshop, but as soon as that was over he came down to join her.

Binoculars in hand.

"Hey, you," he said with a grin.

Anders leaned over and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek before he stretched out on the blanket. "This is the best summer work project ever, isn't it?"

Phoebe nodded, watching Cole as she reached out to run her hand over Anders's hair. "Best ever."

"I've got the binoculars," Anders said distractedly. "Tell me you -- you have the camera. I love you."

"Best girlfriend ever." Anders adjusted the focus on his binoculars and held them to his eyes. "My gods, he is way too pretty."

"Lucky us." Anders grinned back at her and tried to fine-tune the focus on the binoculars. "We are so hitting the woods tonight. I've got the camping gear."

Anders slid closer to her. "I know," he said, his voice just a tiny bit husky. "It's been way too long."

Anders returned the kiss with a soft, happy sign. "We'll fix that tonight," he promised, wrapping an arm around her.

"Lost time to make up for, and all that," he murmured, pulling her closer. Or is this the wrong universe? No, wait. "This has been one of the most frustrating week-and-a-halfs ever."
