New Kid Registration and Check-In - Open Tent Outside the Dorms - All Day Friday

Well, the office was gone, but apparently that didn't mean that the office drones had time off. They were in an open tent outside the dorms processing new students bright and early on Friday morning.

It was a veritable paperwork conga line as the human-looking members of the staff did their thing, along with Fred Trooper, Bucky T. Squirrel, Venus, Bob Gremlin and Roz. You might even see the tech support kitten out and about, trying to keep the computers running. Robert Goulet had a family reunion to go to and couldn't make it.

Dib took a good look at all the pie. Sure, he wanted it, but he didn't know if it was safe. So much beautiful pie was almost certain to be a trap.

Sokka noticed a new kid who was looking at the pie but not eating it. What was up with that?

"Dude. Pie." He waved a slice at Dib, to emphasize his meaning.

Dib lifted an eyebrow, and gave the kid a look, before nodding slowly. "Yes, yes it is."

Sokka facepalmed. "Eat. The pie."

He waved his slice at Dib again. "It's not going to bite." Then he looked thoughful and studied the pie intently. "At least, I don't think so. Probably not, anyway."

Biting pie? That got his attention. He grabbed a piece of plain ol' apple pie and poked at it with a fork for a bit before eating.
The only weird thing about the pie was that it tasted petty good. He didn't know school food could do that.

It took Dib a second to look down, but when he did, Robin had all of his attention. It wasn't that Dib was shocked to see a talking frog, but he was excited to meet one.
"Hey! I'm Dib."

"I'm Robin." He hopped up on the table to be in a better hand shaking position. Thus he held out his hand, er, flipper.
