Fandom High Graduation Ceremony Class of 2007 Part I - Saturday Afternoon

The sun was shining high in the sky above the front lawn (not that this would matter to certain members of the audience since there was a nice awning and shaded pathways). A stage was set up with a podium and several seats for the administration and guests. Off to the side of the stage, a guitar for musical performances.

In front of the stage, blue and gold chairs were set for the largest graduating class in Fandom High history (not that it was a tough record to achieve), and to either side of those chairs were bleachers for students, family, friends, alumni, and residents of the town of Fandom who wanted to wtiness this event.

It was a beautiful day for a graduation.

It'll be kind of hard to miss the events of the second post, so you might want to hold off an any post-graduation posts for a while to avoid being Jossed.]

"I have no idea who that is," said Darrin.

"She's a kitten," Karen replied.

"Yes, but she wasn't always."

"But she's a kitten now."

They clapped.

D applauded loudly for the wee kitten.

Sure they'd not spent a hell of a lot of time together, but Zero had been one of the first people to talk to her after she arrived on the island.

No one who'd ever met Zero could easily forget it.

Parker got up and took the diploma for Zero, then offered her an arm to climb up and wave from. "Way to go, Zero." She grinned at the audience, and held Zero up high.

Zero not only got mad applause from Chad for her graduating, but she gained major cuteness points (like she needed 'em anyway) for the kitten thing. Sooooo cute.

Xander cheered and...tried to yell her name in Cat. It's questionable whether it came out as Zero or something that would get him clawed by any nearby cat who didn't also speak English.

Phoebe applauded loudly for Zero. She did remember that the first time she had met Zero was when she and Chloe went in with Zero to fight Gremlins to get Zero's stuff back.
