An inhuman, echoing voice bellows through the library, "Do NOT shoot me. It's Medusa. If you need out, I can get you out and to safety."

An enormous snakelike form pulls up outside the library window, crushing zombie bodies underneath it. Her hands enter the window, jerking the jam right out of the wall and widening the opening. Boiling water pours out underneath her, but she doesn't seem to notice.

"If you want out, climb aboard, and I'll get you into town."

*after a few moments* Yeah, all right. *clambers out of her shelf back onto the table, and starts trying to figure out how to get Anders out of his cubby* I think I can get your leg out, and that should unstick you.

*Zero throws most of her weight into yanking, and nearly goes flying backward into the water of death when she finally pulls his leg free* HA! Okay, try t'get out now.

*wriggles a bit, and after some very frantic and wrong-looking pelvic thrusts manages to get both legs free*

Right. Now, the arms . . .
