Miley figured that spreading rumors meant she should find where there were people. She took a seat at a table and practiced ways to bring up fire.

"Boy, it's hot out today. Like a fire."
"You know I like my toona feesh toasted. Like a fire."

Having survived her first final of the day, Mac was in need of sustainance. She was even willing to take the risk of eating the cafeteria food at this point.

She picked up some seled and putetu cheeps and adjusted the bag on her shoulder as she had a look around for somewhere to sit and eat.

Most people would avoid sitting with the girl who appeared to be muttering to herself about fire. Mac isn't most people, though.

She made her way over with her tray, giving Miley a slightly puzzled look. "You mind some company?"

"Company would be great!" Miley smiled nervously. "How're you doing today?"

"Oh, y'know, okay," Mac replied with a small smile back at the other girl as she sat down. "I shot at people this morning and got bitten by a rodent in laser tag gear. So... not too bad as finals go."

"You?" she returned, poking carefully at her seled with a fork.

"That's...nice." Miley said and then decided to go for it. "Have you heard the stuff about Liz setting a fire? Way nasty, right? I mean, to each his own and all but yeouch. I'd prefer not to be burned to the ground in my sleep, thank you very much.!"

Mac paused in her seled poking, a little confused by this sudden outburst. "Uh," she blinked and shook her head. "I hadn't heard that, no, and ow... But, I don't think I know who Liz is anyway."

"Oh. Well, she's probably the one carrying around a lighter and cackling madly." Miley nodded. "You know, muahahahaha?"

"I uh, haven't seen anyone matching that description," Mac said slowly. "But, I'll keep a look out for mad cackling girls?" The fact she was sitting opposite someone who matched that particular description? She was choosing to ignore.

"Good deal." Miley nodded, gathering her stuff to leave just in case lightning was going to strike her down. She stopped at the door and turned back to Mac. "Pass it on!"

Mac barely got the chance to respond before Miley was out the door. "Okaaay," she replied, frowning after her. Now that girl, was weird.
