Rogue grins, trying to avoid looking at the rising water. "I bet they'd be tasty in a sandwich!"

Shane also hears the crash, muscles tensing just slightly. She glances down, watching the water trickle in and then looks over at Rogue, the finest traces of anxiousness now evident in her eyes. "Fuck," she whispers.

"Man, for once I wish Bobby was here." She looks over at Shane with a lopsided grin. "Ex-boyfriend. Could freeze things. Very useful right about now."
