The Epic Battle Towards the Tower

Edward dove head-first into another group of zombies, some invisible energy field lending him more speed and stamina than he thought he had. He sliced and stabbed at the walking undead, not bothering with shouting anymore after his first taste of zombie gore.

Stabbing one upwards through the chest he balled what remained of the creature's clothes in his left hand and pulled it over, flipping it up over himself and removing the head barely as the body had slammed into the ground.

Ten points for style kid, but don't get cocky!

"Cocky?" Edward repeated, dodging around a few more zombies. "You ain't seen cocky yet!"

That said, Edward clapped his hands once and retracted his automail blade, then clapped again and slammed his hands on the ground. A glowing array about ten feet in diameter seemed to run under the feet of shuffling zombies and with a burst of alchemic energy, the ones within the array all caught on fire.

"Whew," Edward muttered ... for some reason manipulating alchemy was more draining than usual ... better stick to the old-fashioned way of doing things. One final clap, as he dodging a flaming zombie, and he grabbed a street sign, transforming it into his signature spear. Time for something with some range.

"Now that is cool." Cameron said in awe. He was still recovering from the attack he and Cally just went through, but he already felt his muscles forgetting what they had just been through.

"I only wish I could do something bigger," Edward said, whirling his spear about him expertly. "Something seems to be blocking my access to alchemy, I can only do small concentrated bursts, like the weapons." Stab, thrust, knock a zombie's head off and kick the stumbling body over.

Kid! I need your help! ::points at his chainsaw:: I'm outta gas... can you just... solid-up the blade for me or something?

Edward leaps back, clapping his hands as he runs towards Ash. He grabs on to the chainsaw blade and it solidifies, sharpening and becoming a long blade. "There!"
