Parker is very, very hungover. Loud noises, bad. Probably not a good idea to talk to her today....

Hearing protection and shades required... especially if you were at the Seawhores party and got carried away with the alcohol and sugar last night.

Jack felt fine, and was very keen to do some shooting. Which would be why he quickly donned safety gear, staked out an alley, and commenced with the shooting. Quick and clean, and very accurate, and didn't he look pleased with himself.

The first thing Nadia did was check to make sure that the sleeve gun Annette had had was still nicely tucked away, unloaded, and safetied. Then she grabbed one of her own guns, cleaned it, loaded it, and started firing away.

Luke trotted down to the end of the firing range, moved the target way, way back and practiced his sharpshooting.

In addition to his hearing protection and shades, Sokka grabbed loads of extra clips. He emptied them at his target -- his aim was starting to improve somewhat -- and giggled a lot.

Nadia kept an eye on Sokka for a few moments after talking to Parker, then when it seemed like he was in between clips, went over to talk.

The giggling worried her.

Sokka put his gun down -- first put the safety on, yadda yadda yadda -- and raised an eyebrow at Nadia.

Nadia decided not to bother with subtle. "What's with the giggling, dude?"

Sokka blinked at her. He hadn't realized he was giggling that much.

"Hey, I just like guns. Is there something wrong with that?"

"Well, considering how much damage they can do if they're not treated with the proper respect, the giggling can be a little bit creepifying."

"I am treating this gun with the utmost respect!" Sokka insisted. "It's the targets I'm disrespectin'."

"Giggling. Creepy."

"Hey, they don't have these where I come from!" Sokka continued. "Cut me some slack, here?"

"Yeeeeeeah. That makes me feel better,"

Sokka sighed. "All right," he said, in a much more serious tone. "No giggling. I promise. Better?"

"Yes. Guns are serious business."

Annette wasn't too sure about shooting today. She kept her glasses on and just found a nice quiet spot and sat down. Away from the guns.

Nadia noted the "away from the guns" and nodded to Annette.

Annette noticed the nod from Nadia and nodded back, trying not to cringe or be reminded of what she had done. Her head was killing her too much to think straight anyway.

Billy felt like practicing drawing his gun quickly. He took the clip out to avoid accidents, and started practicing.
