Self Defense Club, Friday [After the Assembly]

E-mails had been handwavily sent to all who had signed up for the Self-Defense Club, letting them know that today would be the first meeting and basically be an introduction to the club.

Tori knew that Ami and Katara wouldn't be showing up. Ami was still unconscious in the clinc sad!omg and Tori wasn't exactly sure of Katara's whereabouts. That being said, today's meeting was going to be fun.

Conner was there too, looking a little grateful for the distraction, because all the water accumulating outdoors was making him really, really nervous.

[OOC: OCD is coming up! Whee, first meeting!! Sorry for it being so late peoples, it was a pretty busy day for both of us muns! Slowplay is love, because I am exhausted from midterms, hee!]

"I was in the Self Defense Club last semester but that's my only experience so far," Naomi said, "I'd like to learn enough skills so that I can be prepared in any type of situation,"

"I really don't know much of anything," Lana said. "I studied a little bit of martial arts, but not enough to really do much. I'd like to learn enough that I'm not a complete liability of something happens."

"I... I don't remember signing up, to be honest, but I got the e=mail, so... Um. I'm decent. Mom taught me, had others teach me. I'm good in a bar fight and hand to hand, but I get my ass handed to me from people here all day long."

Again, whoaz late because of not seeing this..
"Other than being an observer of any actual self-defense form....I don't really know anything." Hikaru admitted, "So I suppose any knowledge gained would be better than nothing."
