Wyatt grinned, then turned more thoughtful. "I could be so powerful," he said quietly. "I bet I could do something like . . . bring the dead back to life."
He couldn't tell Chris, that's for sure, Wyatt mused. He probably shouldn't really be talking to Bridge about it, either. But he knew he was powerful -- his alternate universe self had had tons of power. If he could learn that power, he could do whatever he wanted. Including bringing his real parents back to life.
"I don't know," he said neutrally. "Just something to think about I guess."
"Yeah, you know all the legends behind it?" Wyatt said. "King Arthur was like one of the greatest leaders in the world. If I'm him. . . ?" I'd have the power to do anything.
The djinn says nothing, just glances over at Special Collections. If there's a resurrection spell in existence anywhere on this island, it's sure to be there.
Of course Bridge would play by the rules. "I can do that," he said. "I'm sure Sakura would give me one. I'm her TA and all." He didn't want to wait though, he was feeling very impatient.
The djinn could feel Wyatt's frustration at not being allowed in to SC, and truthfully, he found it kind of amusing. Denying him that might help push him over the edge, as well.
He nods, instead. "Maybe you should ask her next time she's got office hours?" he suggests.
Re: Third Period
Of course, when he said "Excalibur" again, the sword popped back into his hand.
Re: Third Period
The kind of things you could do with a sword like that, he sends the tiniest little mental whisper in Wyatt's direction. You'd be unstoppable.

"You'd be a force to be reckoned with, dude." The djinn says. "Sorry. I've just always wanted to say that."

He *could* just take the boy in with him now, but that would risk the librarian finding out, and he doesn't want to blow his cover just yet.
