Superheroing- Tuesday, March 20- 2nd period

The students met in the classroom today thanks to handwavy notification by E-mail. "Sorry about that," Captain Liberty greets them. "Couldn't get the stupid simulation to work. So that'll be next week, and on the plus side, at least you don't have to wear your costumes, right?" It might be clear she's a little bit frustrating about the stupid simulation.

"Every villain has a plan. Usually they're diabolical, or at least they're called diabolical while the superhero's standing there going 'Seriously?' You get used to it," she assures them. "These plans are most likely things like trying to throw down some wrath on a city by using some sort of machine created by some scientist with too much time on his hands, or trying to carve your name into the moon. They don't always make sense, which is why you have to slap the bad guy's hand and say "NO", because people should not suffer from their overblown stupidity.

"Today you're going to pair up again, and each of you will come up with some sort of diabolical plan. Be as creative as possible- the real bad guys will be. The other person will try to find holes in your plan and figure out how to foil you. Then you get to switch off. You know the drill by now."

And while they're working, she'll spend her time stewing about technology.

Will broke character and laughed at that.

"No, no, just me being weird. I think it's like one of the rules of being a supervillain that you have to get the basic evil laugh and glares down pat before you can start hatching evil schemes."

"But if we're only pretending to be evil, we can also pretend to be good at laughing and glaring," Peter pointed out.

"I guess so," she said cheerfully, before trying to act evil again.

"Mwahahaha! Soon, all of Arkhanta shall be mine!"

"Um. Is that a made up place or just a place I've never heard of?" Peter asked.

Her face reddened a bit. "Oh, right. Place you've probably never heard of. Different world, kingship, still stuck in the middle ages, have an agricultural economy, some people there have naturally blue hair. They have an infestation of evil, wish-granting banshees in one of their swamps."

Will shrugged. "I've traveled around (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W.I.T.C.H.#Part_III_villains) quite a bit."

"You see, the better evil plan would be to lie about all of that to me and take over Arkhanta when I'm not looking since I don't realize it's real," Peter pointed out.

She shook her head. "Obviously, I'm not one of the smarter supervillains out there. But you'd still need to get there to defeat me in time, before I can capture a banshee and force her to be my eternal servant, setting myself up as the new ruler."
