It's time to focus and regroup. Anyone who can't shoot or swing, get back. High powered guns in the front, then smaller ones, edged weapons third. And no, I'm not saying this to get out of the way.

Find cover for yourself. Shoot for the head.

Oh, and no firethrowers unless it's absolutely necessary.

Roy is now standing off to the side, staring at his hands and trying to drown out the noise of people moving and shouting. Slowly and deliberately he practices snapping his fingers.

With each snap the carbon gloves emit a spark, and as he concentrates it creates a tiny flame over his fingertips. Just a small one because the battle hasn't started yet, but he had to be sure it would work. So far so good. Now here's hoping his aim has improved.
