Janet looks Draco up and down. "Here," she says flatly. "Fill it out in blue or black ink only, completely and correctly, and give the form back to me." She smiles tightly. "I'll talk to the professor and find out about the dark magic books, but I highly doubt that any we have would be in the general collection. He'll know for sure."
