Broots was in no way more relaxed today.

"Um, hi. Yeah. Today, we're playing with a sort of LARP? Anyway, in this hat," Broots waved the baseball cap he had been clutching at around. "I dumped the names of various popular characters from TV shows from the past decade or so. Draw a name, and that's who you are for the night. Interact with other people, try to figure out who other people are, accuse people of murder, whatever. Um...yeah.

(Ooc: Meta info links can be most found here. To keep brains from exploding, please don't choose a character from your Fandom's version of meta. Ie, if Sam from Supernatural was in the club, he couldn't pick Daniel or Sean Colt from Spooky Things because otherwise you're going to be in charge of mopping up the room and exploded brains? Are messy.

Pippi draws out Katt, the girl with a mysterious past from Misguided (http://fandomhigh.arborum.net/index.php/Misguided).

She hangs out looking cute and will likely be devoted to whatever guy happens to be around at the time. Until he goes off to find water or something, and another guy shows up.

Ami has no idea how to do this. so she starts with the obvious. "Hi. I am Lt. Tawny Madison."

The rank makes Pippi... or rather Katt think she might be a cop.

"Hi, nice to meet you... Are you in the military?"

"I am the Communications Officer on a space ship Protector. And you are?"

Pippi is used to the idea of spaceships but Katt wouldn't be.

"Katt... Huston... You're an astronaut?"

Ami was not familiar with Misguided at all, so the name did not ring a bell. "In a manner of speaking. But we have not been called that in ages."

"...Really?"

Ami nodded, trying to remember what century her character was even from. she had only seen a half-dozen episodes of the show. "Really." Then realizing maybe this was odd she continued. "Has the temporal stabilizer malfunctioned and sent me into the past?" That sounded plausibly fake-technical, right?

"Uhhh... I. Don't know?"

"Oh. Well, who is in charge here?"

Normally she'd say the doctor guy, but Pippi couldn't remember the character's name off the top of her head.

"Don't know, I was kinda wondering that myself."

"Perhaps we should look?"

"Sure. And if we find a short creepy looking guy with a very round face named Ned? Please pardon me if I punch him repeatedly in the face."

Neither Pippi, nor Katt, speak Japanese.

"Huh?"

Hmph. Americans. "Hello." he said (copying his sensei's Japanese accent.

"Hi."

"I am Toyota Master."

Pippi thinks about that and seems confused...

"You...are?"

"Yes." he nodded.

"... Where are you from?"

"Japan." he said. He was starting to suspect maybe Pippi did know who this guy was.

"How'd you get here then?"

"By plane." he said. "How did you?"

"Also by plane... But mine crashed."
