Revolutions: Week 4 Period 5

Anyone coming into class today will find that someone had gotten there early. That particular someone also barricaded off the majority of the classroom with a pile of desk and chairs.

That particular someone was also standing on top of the barricade with his trenchcoat billowing dramatically. (Actually it was just two dupes standing behind Jamie flapping the end of his trenchcoat)

"Makers of mischief and revolution!" Jamie called out to his fellow students. "Last weeks class was a sham! The monarchy was not the true power in this classroom!"

(Several dramatic gasps were heard. Again from the dupes)

"I know! I know!" Jamie said waving his hands. "I was shocked too! The real dictator? The one taking our rights away? The one who assigns us homework?"

Jamie put a mock serious look and pointed dramatically at another certain someone. "She's right there. Alianne of Pirate's Swoop and the Copper Isles! Join me my brothers! Help me overthrow her from her position and demand the rights and privleges that we so deserve!"

"Oh my, what a cutting and cunning argument you present. Obviously one as versed in revolutionary theory as yourself has no place in this class. Please, continue with your absurd little drama."

"I'm deeply wounded, I assure you. Are you presenting an object lesson, perhaps? How to revolutionize on the basis of no good reason what so ever?"

"Hey! I didn't see you dragging your ass here early in the morning to set up a barricade and set up a lovely tray of pies and coffee for revolutionaries! At least I did something instead of sitting around and making snarky comments to people while flipping a greasy hair everywhere."

"Ah, now that might be a more worthy insult, were my hair actually greasy. However, I happen to know it isn't. So I'm afraid I remain unaffected. And I do applaud the amount of effort you've put into this useless excercise." And he did, a polite little golf clap.
