Grinning slightly, Chad shook his head. There might have been a small sense of regret for having missed all that on a first hand level until he remembered why it was he missed it.

"Hey, ya know if they'll replace your matress if ya need to?" he asked. Yes, it was a very logical jump in conversation.

Nadia couldn't help but start giggling as her mind jumped to just why Chad might have to have his mattress replaced. "I didn't. But good to know."

So...Nadia was either smarter than Chad gave her credit for when it came to following his line of thought, or she just had a really dirty mind and a lucky guess. He pointed a fork idly at her. "Hey," he said, with a defensive grunt, "technically, I didn't do anything to it. S'all Ted's fault."
