Student Council, lunch, January 19

"Hey everyone, Mr. Lyman couldn't make it today, so you're stuck with me. Just a reminder, Jamie's ... event is tonight, so drop by hang out or lend a hand. There's drinks and baked goods on the table behind me."

Isabel snickered thinking of some of the more type A personalities in the school. "Now that could be interesting."

Tyler grinned at Isabel's snicker. "It might lead to violence," he admitted.

[OOC: Hmmm. The only thing I can see would be if people knew what they were drawing a day ahead of time, but that takes out the spontaneity. This is hard!]

"Please, you should have seen Aeryn and Anakin battle it out over China the night we played Risk," she laughed. "It got very intense."

"I'm surprised they didn't try to actually take over the world after that," Tyler said.

"They probably could have," Isabel said half seriously. "It was a fun night though. I suppose we can always redo one of those games again."

"You guys did Risk and Monopoly?" Tyler asked. "There are a lot of new people who haven't played either yet."

"Good point. I'll talk to Peter and see what he thinks."

"Those games are classic and can always be done again," Peter opined. "I also had a big list of things last week after nobody else was pinging into the club, apparently."

"Maybe we should just pick one and pick a weekend?"

"What about Trivial Pursuit?" suggested Elizabeth.

"It's an option I suppose. The problem is with the students who don't come from 21st century Earth. The deck's a little stacked against them," Isabel explained.

"Groups?" suggested Elizabeth.

"You know, that's actually not such a bad idea," she nodded.

"It would also help acclimitize them too," suggested Elizabeth.
