Upon entering the class room, the students will see Emma standing by her desk, welcoming them all. She is dressed mundanely in a white corset, pants, boots and blazer. Well, mundane for her. Most of the other teachers probably didn't wield a riding crop.

There are ~~six~~ seven tables in the room, with three white boxes on each. In a pile on the middle of the tables are buttons, beads, sharpies, glitter, glue and other decorations. Emma points each student to a table after they've signed the sign in sheet.

When everyone that's going to arrive have, Emma smacks her riding crop against her desk to get everyone's attention and begins talking.

"Welcome to Home Economics! My name is Emma Frost, and I will be your teacher." She sighed for a moment. "I suppose I should tell you that I am a telepath, which means that yes, I really can read your filthy little minds.

Today you have all been given boxes. Decorate them in a way that will make you recognize them, as they will be kept in this room and you will use them to store things in. You will be given a new useful item for each class, and at the end of the semester the boxes will be yours to do with as you please."

Jamie went for the Macaroni and contemplated eating the paste.

Setsuna, meanwhile, seems to be hording all the popsicle sticks.

If Jamie needed the popsicle sticks he would have protested. Instead he eats some of the paste.

Mmm. Pastey.

Cameron was distracted from the whole decorating thing as he tried very hard not to think about why their teacher had a riding crop.

Emma gave him a bright smile and smacked her crop lightly against her thigh.

Jamie blinks for a second with a random image of...

Cameron flushed and quickly turned his attention to the stuff on the table. "Macaroni makes for nice decoration. Can we paint our box? What's a good box colour?" he rambled.

"Beef meeth. Haff someb paste?" Jamie said offering him the paste container.

Cameron shook his head, happy to leave the paste eating to Jamie. "I think we should make a stand and not use glitter."

"I agree wholeheartedly with that point," Setsuna said, ~~coming back from lit class~~ arching an eyebrow at Jamie and wondering why the hell her professor looked like ~~a cheesy, one chapter villain from her series~~ some of the cheesy villains her enemies were always trying to throw at her.

"Nobe glitteb," Jamie agreed then finally cleared his mouth. "Do we have stickbug colors? You should paint it that."

"That stuff cannot possibly be good for you," Setsuna said, her voice critical as she eyed the paste, one eye slid shut.

"You haven't lived until you tried it," Jamie said pushing the past in her general direction.

"Don't worry," Cameron assured Setsuna. "I think it's already way too late for him to do permanent harm to himself."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Jamie said looking hurt.

"I'm just kidding man," Cameron grabbed a macaroni and threw it in Jamie's direction. "I think the Stickbug flag was just white and black. Isn't that a bit dull?"

"Maybe something flashy then?" Jamie suggests. "Red? Orange?"

"Pink could be a nice touch," Setsuna added with a small smile, as she dedicated herself to evenly gluing her popsicle sticks over her box.

Cameron wrinkled his nose. "I think we should go for red then."
