Myth Into History: Final [Thurs/1st Period, Danger Shop]

When the students entered the Danger Shop for the final exam today, they would find it set up like the interior of the tent from the first class. Janice stood up near the front of the tent, waiting for everyone to assemble.

"Hope you wore comfortable shoes like I warned you last week," she said. "It's going to be an interactive final. The tomb on the other side of this dig site is said to be haunted . . . or at least, the original one was. The only thing haunting this one is your test. Your objective is to get through the tomb and out again, but you've got it easy. All you have to do is answer the questions, not dodge booby traps. One at a time, though. So line up here, brush up a little while you wait your turn, and then get back here. Do well enough on the test and I might even let you celebrate the end of the semester with a bang."

That said, she leaned back against the desk and waited.

[OOC: OCD is up! Class Info Post, as always, is here; thank you all for being a fun class, and this post will be open for play through Sunday. Please see the OCD thread for certain bits of information.]

Evie was madly trying to make the Dr.Covington version of history notes behave. Mostly, they were fluttering in agitation.

"Ares and Aphrodite," Evie said, holding her breath.

Evie gulped, wibbled, then took a breath. "Xena. Of course."

Evie took a disgracefully long time to answer this one, because she got distracted by the script on the walls.

This one Evie remembered without distractions. "Caligula." Then she looked the chakram, and reached for it.

Hesitated.

Picked it up, and then went further into the tomb, feeling like she was on a dig, and something was just around the corner....

"Dagon," Evie said, then stopped. "No! Dahak! Sorry, it was Dahak!" She gulped. Does that still count?"

Evie stared. Then squeaked. Leather. Oh dear Lord. "Hum wha?"

Touching, good golly good heavens. "Hippocrates!" Evie beamed at him, then blinked. "Mustrushsosorryohgodyou'reprettybye!"
