Buffy had a list, and she was checking it twice. She'd piled a little bit of almost everything onto a plate, and sat down next to River. "Hm." She said.

"Hm I am almost sure I've got everyone, but how am I going to give them out to people before leaving?" Buffy pondered. "I mean, in a way so I'm sure they won't sneak open them before the right time?"

Buffy grinned. "Thanks for the offer, but I think that might just make people run and hide a lot."

Buffy popped a cookie in her mouth and nodded. She swallowed. "What?"

River had been thinking about the conversation she had had with Dawn. "You know Blair is protesting against killing monsters, demons and vampires?" She thought for a moment on how to put this. "And perhaps his views are a bit... naive. I mean, he really thinks there is goodness in everyone. Which I think is very sweet, but... Do you think I should be honest? Or let him discover for himself what the world is really like?"

Buffy chewed another cookie thoughtfully. "I don't know... I mean, he will find out, right? And maybe, like, that's something you can't be told? Like, it's something you have to discover on your own?"
