Constant Vigilance 2, Session 13. Friday the 7th, A Classroom. Period 4

The Doctor was waiting in the classroom. Along with the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, and the Doctor.

The one the students are familiar with was sitting in his chair behind the desk.

The eldest looking one was sitting to the right of the Doctor with the ears, fiddling with his cane. He harrumphed a little. His hair was white, his outfit simple and in dark colors.

Not far off was the Doctor with the mop of hair in a Beatles-like haircut, with a black frock coat over a light blue shirt. He wore a bow tie and plaid trousers. He had a recorder in his hands, but he wasn't playing it.

Another Doctor was going over some figures, writing on the chalkboard with a small piece of chalk. He was wearing a bright red velvet jacket over a frilly silk shirt. And a cape. He was, in fact, also wearing a cape. His hair was silver colored, and rather well kept.

Standing close by was a Doctor wearing a brown felt hat and coat, with an improbably long multicolored scarf. Under his hat was an equally improbably mop of brown curly hair. He was playing with a yo-yo, bringing it up and down.

The youngest looking one was dressed in a sort of cricket outfit, with a bit of celery pinned to his lapel. He was blonde, and rather cheerful looking.

The outfit on the blonde curly haired Doctor was a bit of an eyesore. A multicolored coat that clashed with itself, not to mention the horrible shoes. He had his arms crossed and was leaning against a wall.

Another Doctor was fiddling with his black umbrella, which had a prominent red question mark for a handle. He was sitting on the floor, for some reason.

The last Doctor was in a green frock coat, not unlike one from a Wild Bill Hickock costume. He had a silk cravat, but for some reason was wearing no socks. He seemed rather gleeful, in fact.

The Doctor, the one with the ears, stood up after the bell rang.

"Today, you'll be asking me questions. Any of me. I'd like to introduce you to the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, the Doctor, and the Doctor."

[ooc: EDIT: OCD is Up! Come! Play! And if I appear to be slow to ping at some point, it is because my brain has melted out of my ears.]

"Dude. Or Doctor. Or will be Professor. Nice scarf."

Pip grinned. "Have you ever used it to get yourself out of trouble?"

Pip nodded. "So, would asking you for general advice for survival be pointless since that's what you have will be doing in this class?"

"Alright," Pip said. He thought about this for a while. "Like you, I have a fondess for scarves," Pip said, indicating his own. "And hats. What's the best way to keep them from getting in the way or losing them in dangerous combat like situations?"

Pip grimaced. "And... what if it's the only thing you know how to do? Combat, I mean."

"Isn't it a little late in my life to try and switch gears?"

Overhearing Pip's conversation with this Doctor, Door says after it's over, "I usually try to avoid fighting too. Safer that way. But this weekend I had to, and... I don't know. It felt good? Being able to defend myself and help my friends."

"Always!" Door retrieves a slightly melty green one out of the packet and pops it in her mouth. "Thanks!" With her mouth full, but come on, it's a jelly baby, we're not talking about an entire roast duck* here, she adds, "Yefh. Er, yes. It does feel good not to be helpless."

[WTF duckling apparently I am subconsciously vicious today!]

"My family were killed." Door says it matter of factly, because it is a matter of fact. "I had to run; there wasn't any point in fighting, then. I wouldn't have stood a chance."

"Perhaps." She probably doesn't sound like she'd stake her life on the odds. "I don't regret coming here, though. It's been a good place not to get killed." Door grins. "You've traveled a lot, right? What's your favourite place not to get killed?"

Walter looked them over curiously and settled on the one with the scarf for no reason other than he's the mun's favorite.

"What is the most dangerous thing you have encountered?"
