Dance, Period 5 Thursday

"Buenos Dias. I hope you're all feeling well. I know that some of you had an interesting break. Now, I have an announcement to make. Instead of following the syllabus, we will be diverging a bit to participate in the Christmas Paegent. Specifically, we'll be doing the "Sugar Plum Fairy" dance from the Nutcracker. Salsa style. It should be fun. We'll start learning today."

El pulled out a guitar and tuned it a bit. "Shall we begin?"

Nadia decided to take it easy and mark the steps instead of going all out, since her arm was still in the immobilizer.

Maybe she could be the tree and stand still, waving her hands and holding some ornaments...

Assuming that wasn't an option, though, she worked on the steps and tried not to knock anyone unconscious with her arm movements.

Lana danced, feeling a bit sore from all of her recent activity - flying in cheereading, running, and... stuff.

She still probably managed to look not completely like an idiot.

Billy managed to go with the music, though he was still clueless as to what it was about.

Willow didn't mind dancing but she was vaguely worried about doing so on stage.
