Thanksgiving- The cafeteria- Thursday, 4 pm onwards

Once the food is cooked, it's time to set it out, and start yelling at people to get their butts down to dinner.

There's a full spread, complete with all the traditional Thanksgiving stuff. Turkey, sides, and all the fun dessert stuff will be brought out later. There's a cooler full of drinks (non-alcoholic, as hi, Jaye did invite the principal) and everything should be good. And if it isn't... eh. Deal.

[If you brought something specific, feel free to ping in the OCD thread so people know. Otherwise, I think foodmodding is on.

Jack sighed again. "You can have a teddy bear. You can have anything you want. There's no point trying to talk you out of it, cause you know I can't resist you." And he mumbled something under his breath that sounded a lot like, "Completely doomed."

Cedric might've smiled triumphantly again. And then he might've tried the puppy dog eyes Isabel had taught him.

That...didn't quite work out and the situation hadn't really called for it but he'd tried anyway.

Dork.

Jack snickered and wrapped an arm around Cedric's shoulders, pulling him close for a minute. "You really should quit while your ahead."

"I think I might've pulled a muscle in my eyes," he said, blinking a few times.

"What exactly were you trying to do?" he asked. "You looked kind of odd."

"Puppy eyes," he answered. "Learned from Isabel."

"Ohhh. You mean like this?" And he pulled a pair of heart-wrenchingly sad puppy dog eyes, and turned them on Cedric.

"Yes, that," he said, scowling. "Unfair. Those would make me do anything."

"Anything?" he asked, upping the puppy-dogishness considerably and adding a slight head-tilt for good measure.

"Most likely, yes," he said, shaking his head at himself. He's been doing that a lot lately.

"Outstanding." He abandoned puppy dog eyes in favour of a wicked grin. "I'm going to remember that."

"Now, I think I'm the one that's doomed."

"We'll be doomed together," he laughed. "I can't think of a better way to go."

"Indeed and agreed," he said.
