As the students enter into the Dangershop, they'll see that it has been transformed into what appears to be a New York City police Station.

Lorne grinned at the students and shut the door just as a disembodied voice announced:

"In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the police, who investigate crime; and the district attorneys, who prosecute the offenders. These are their stories."

Then there is a noise that's best described as:

DOINK-DOINK

Lorne smiled a toothy grin. "Congratulations kids. You're under arrest."

He has a warrant for each student listed:
Jack Harkness
Zuko
Teddy Altman
Sam Winchester

"I promised him we'd take some of the weapons with us just in case and that we wouldn't do anything completely stupid," Dean said, still grinning. "Which still leaves a lot of possibilities."

"He wants us to go armed? Come on, how much trouble could we possibly get into? Especially not doing completely stupid things?" Sam laughed. "I'm sure we'll find something good to do."
