The classroom doesn't look much different than it did during Parents Weekend, except for the addition of a large tropical fish aquarium against one wall. In it are swimming five very content looking fish. If it doesn't seem to have any significance to the topic of Prophecy, that's because...well, it doesn't. Aziraphale just likes the fish.

"Today we're going to cover several somewhat lesser utilized methods of divination. Specifically, we'll be talking about elemental methods and handful of what you could call the most common of the less common -- including my personal favorite, the reading of tea leaves. There's even a form of divination using specially designed computer programs, although that one is somewhat under dispute."

"To prepare for next week's class, I want you to write briefly about a historical personage associated with prophecy, telling whether you'd like to change places with that person, and why or why not."

"Into a wall? What's her problem?" Blair gaped. "Good for her dad liking you though. I don't think I met her dad at graduation."

"She doesn't care for demons," Bel said, rubbing his ribs unconsciously. "As for her father, Phoebe hasn't seen him since she was just a little kid. He tracked her down this weekend."

"Her loss then." Blair shook his head. "How's Phoebe doing with her being like that? And with her dad...because that seems like a very cool thing."

"She was pretty upset when her sister TK'd me into the wall," Bel said. "And she's still kinda shocked to have her father turn up after so long. He walked out on the family when she and her sisters were all little."

"I can imagine. That doesn't seem very nice of her." Blair shook his head. "But he's a nice guy, right? He's not creepy or a drunk or anything?"

Bel shrugged. "He seemed okay, but I don't have a lot of dad experience to go by. Not good experience at least."

"Me either." Blair said. "But I just think it's so cool that he tracked her down and showed up and everything!"

"I'll wait to see just why he did it," Bel said. "He seemed okay, but you never know."

"Yeah, he could be an international spy trying to track down his archnemesis and he had to leave the family behind so they couldn't be used as leverage." Blair bounced excitedly, well versed in made-up excuses as to why dads weren't around.

"Or he could be a deadbeat dad who thinks Phoebe's visions will win him the lottery," Bel said skeptically.

"Glass half empty again, man." Blair shook his head. "Maybe he's a monk who had a wild fling with Phoebe's mom. Um...three times. Then he realized he had to repent and go back to the church. He's been living in a quaint monestary always thinking of the girls he left behind."

"You're too trusting," Bel accused.

"You're not trusting enough." Blair said back.

"Kept me alive for years," Bel said gruffly.

"But now you're living differently." Blair nodded. "It's like weather, man. You wouldn't wear a winter coat in the middle of summer."

"Yeah, but I'm about to have demon bounty hunters all over my ass," Bel said. "Trusting, I'm not gonna be."

"Don't worry, Bel. I'll be here to watch your ass."

Blair paused and shook his head. "Let's pretend that came out sounded much less creepy."

Bel couldn't help but snicker. "Blair, I didn't know you cared," he said.

"I'm all about the caring, man." Blair mumbled from behind his hands.

Bel turned serious. "If any bounty hunters come after me...don't try to talk to them down, Blair. You'll just get yourself killed."

"First off, I'm almost positive that bounty hunters who are after you aren't going to look at me and think 'hey, that hippie looks like our demons buddy'." Blair grinned. "Secondly, I'm all about running for help if things look bad."

It wasn't the truth most of the time, but he wasn't willing to risk Bel's life on his negotiation skills.
