"Easy lecture today, with some playing-around time. Symbols have power, like with runes. Some people think you can get a read on a situation with them. Check out the handouts, and then log onto the totally handwavily laptops scattered around. Try some rune casting online, and see what you can come up with. Try to disprove it, if you're a skeptical type. I know we have a few of them here."
