Upon entering the danger shop, students were greeted with an ordinary looking room, empty except for an area in one corner that was set up with a table of breakfasty-type foods and some chairs. Once all of the students were on hand, however, the room's appearance changed, until it resembled the countryside of central Europe. Germany perhaps, or Austria.

Aziraphale smiled and nodded at each student, checking off their names from his list, and waited until everyone was assembled before beginning.

"Welcome to detention. Since I've been given to understand that this is meant to be a learning experience as much as it is a punishment, I've arranged a couple of scenarios for you today. This morning, you'll each face an...enemy, of a sort, in a different setting. How you deal with the encounter, how you ultimately defeat your enemy, is entirely up to you. I expect you each to draw upon the strengths and knowledge you possess.

After lunch, you'll be working together to overcome one additional challenge. Are there any questions?"

Hmm, that non-suggestion had gone down faster than a paper airplane doused in lighter fluid with a match for cargo.

"Ah...yeah." Wilson scrambled for a moment, wondering just what had happened in the spring semester between Bel and Angel. "Seems I just don't know what to do with myself if I'm not patching you guys up."

"I haven't been shot in awhile, but I'll try to remember to do it on your shift," Bel said, chuckling a little.

Wilson considered facepalming, even as he chuckled. "Well, I'm also pretty good for applying band-aids to less life threatening wounds."

"It's kinda freaky that that one doctor at the clinic looks just like me," Bel mused. "I try to avoid him."

"I met him...twice now actually. Once when I went there to get my stitches replaced and then again, to ask about working there again." Wilson was rather proud of the fact that his brain hadn't totally exploded when he'd met Troy, who looked exactly like Bel.

"He's not a demon, that's the first thing I checked," Bel said. "Just another Fandom weird twin thing I guess."

"Another Fandom weird twin thing?" Wilson asked, wracking his brain and trying to remember if there was any case of that last year. "Has there been a spurt in Fandom twin things?"

"Yeah, there's a lot of them," Bel said. "Even Angel's got one here now."

"Whoa...that must have caused a bit of confusion. Ah, is it... I mean is it like this doctor? Someone who looks like Angel or is it an Angel from a different timeline?" Wilson was fairly sure he would have heard if it was an Angel from a different timeline but sometimes he wasn't particularly up on the student gossip.

"Seely," Bel said. "Looks just like him, but isn't him. He's human."

"Just when I think I've got Fandom figured out..." Wilson said ruefully. Then, he remembered something he and Phale had spoken about and perked up.

"And to totally change the subject. Would you and Phoebe like to stop by some night next week for dinner? Maybe Monday or Tuesday evening?"

Bel blinked. "Seriously?" He glanced sideways at Phale.

Wilson caught the quick glance but pretended he didn't see it.

"Of course I'm serious." He said firmly. "Nothing fancy, just the four of us and home cooked food. What do you think?"

"Uh, yeah, I guess," Bel said. "I'll talk to Phoebe. Tuesday is probably better than Monday for me."

"Tuesday works well, just give me a call after you talk to her and let me know. Anything special you'd like?"

"Steak's good," Bel said. "And I like artichokes. ~~Because it's canon.~~"

"Artichokes are good, stuffed or simply steamed with lemonbutter?" Wilson asked already plotting up a menu.

"Either sounds good," Bel said with a grin, actually growing hungry now. He took a bite out of his sandwich.

Don't think that bite of sandwich escaped Wilson and inwardly he grinned.

"Okay, I'll see what I can find. How about some baked squash, since they're in season and an apple cobbler with ice cream for dessert?"

"Sounds good to me," Bel said. "I'll talk to Phoebe and let you know."

"Great." Wilson said with a nod, then he reached out and patted Bel's shoulder. "I better get going, see you later Bel."
