Detention, The Danger Shop, 10/07/06
Upon entering the danger shop, students were greeted with an ordinary looking room, empty except for an area in one corner that was set up with a table of breakfasty-type foods and some chairs. Once all of the students were on hand, however, the room's appearance changed, until it resembled the countryside of central Europe. Germany perhaps, or Austria.
Aziraphale smiled and nodded at each student, checking off their names from his list, and waited until everyone was assembled before beginning.
Belthazor
D'anna Biers
Billy Kessler
Maia Rutledge
Blair Sandburg
Schrodinger
"Welcome to detention. Since I've been given to understand that this is meant to be a learning experience as much as it is a punishment, I've arranged a couple of scenarios for you today. This morning, you'll each face an...enemy, of a sort, in a different setting. How you deal with the encounter, how you ultimately defeat your enemy, is entirely up to you. I expect you each to draw upon the strengths and knowledge you possess.
After lunch, you'll be working together to overcome one additional challenge. Are there any questions?"
[ooc: Anyone who needs to talk to me outside of the post can find me on AIM at "ditheringangel".Please wait for the OCD threads are up.]
[ooc#2: AFK until 3:30PM EDT. And I'm back.]

redgray fruit wearing a Zorro mask.It grinned, then began to waddle toward Blair, singing.
Let's start at the very beginning
A very good place to start
When you read you begin with - A - B - C
When you sing you begin with DO - RE - MI
Re: Morning Activity
Re: Morning Activity
Still singing, of course.
DO - a deer, a female deer
RE - a drop of golden sun
MI - a name, I call myself
FA - a long long way to run
SO - a needle pulling thread

SO - a needle pulling thread
LA - a note to follow SO
TI - a drink with jam and bread
That will bring us back to do oh oh oh

Re: Morning Activity
"D'oh! - what you say when you've done something stupid.
Ray! - plays a piano really well for being blind.
Me! - Uh...I don't have anything for me!
Far! - The code for Fargo's Amtrak station!
So! - Peter Gabriel's 7th album and I really liked Sledgehammer!
La! - Half of an Ashlee Simpson song, not that I'm a fan.
Tee - What the rich use to hold up their golf balls!"
Re: Morning Activity
DO - RE - MI - FA - SO - LA - TI - DO?
Then it shuddered, and there was a sort of a POP! sound. And sitting in front of Blair was a perfectly ordinary, if somewhat oversized, tomato.
Re: Morning Activity
He looked around for Aziraphale. "I didn't hurt it, did I?"
Re: Morning Activity
He chuckled, as the tomato faded away. "That a creative way to go about things."

Aziraphale smiled ruefully, thinking how people spent too much time worrying about what the 'other' things were going to do to them, and not enough time worrying about what they were doing to one another.
